SHIPMEN & RETURN POLICY (WINE & BEER)
A) Shipping & Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order.
We use of FEDEX & UPS Ground for Shipping.
FEDEX & UPS GROUND: Delivery to all addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
FedEx & UPS DELIVERY: Delivery to all addresses take 2-3 Business days, excluding holidays & weekends.
Note : We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day
We will accept cancellation in orders by sending e-mail to our customer service (email@example.com) only by 8:00 Am of the next day of placing the order.
You will get a shipped email when the order has been handed over to our shipping courier. This email includes the shipping carrier and tracking number for following the latest shipping updates.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.
For ordering alcohol products from www.amytisgift.com you must at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order comes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the significant laws in your state.
C) Domestic State Restrictions:
We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, military Bases, post offices, Hotels, UPS stores, DPO, APO , FPO,
Address, mailboxes or pack, and ship facilities.
Currently, we only ship our wine gift boxes to VIRGINIA, FLORIDA, WASHINGTON DC.
We only ship our Beer gift Boxes to VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON DC.
D) Delivery Attempt:
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a second attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If, second attempts is unsuccessful or order is refused by the recipient, your order will be returned to us. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.
E) DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT :
If you receive your order has been damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures.
Please do not dispose of the damaged goods as it may be picked up by the carrier or insurance company for examination.
As we are not responsible for your order when it leaves our warehouse, Our carriers present insurance (MAX:$100) for missing or damaged which happened during shipment. We also provide and recommend the optional extra insurance from ROUTE company on checkout in your cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For all returns, please email email@example.com to request your return authorization number (RA).
H) EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
We don’t accept exchange.
Refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE: No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.
You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
– If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery, we will grant a credit total amount of your payment minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees
– If an order is refused by the recipient or returned after tow delivery attempts, the purchaser will be responsible for the fees associated with the shipment and return. These fees will be deducted from the order refund.
NOTE : Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund will be made.
